论曾国藩的人才战略观及当今启示
摘要
曾国藩是中国历史上最有影响的人物之一,有史学家称他为“中兴名臣”。他非常重视人才问题,并形成了自己独具特色的人才战略观。曾国藩人才战略观的形成有着其复杂的背景因素,它是家庭环境、湖湘学及地域环境、社会环境和自身因素等多方面交互作用的结果。它的思想内涵包括多个方面。在任京官时,他就从理论上系统的提出了“培养之道,考察之方,转移之法”三纲共举的人才培育思想,试图扭转当时世风日敝、人才日衰的局面。投笔从戎后,他又从实践中总结出了其访求、任用和待遇人才的经验与方法。提出了“广为收求,崇实出华”,“才德并重,量才器使”及“奖惩得体,礼遇有佳”的思想和主张。以上这些内容与他总结出的识人相人之术——《冰鉴》共同构成了曾国藩的人才战略观。
关于此论题,国内已有许多著作和文章都涉及到了曾国藩人才思想中选人、待人、育人和用人等方面的内容。本文试图从前人相关的著作和文章中,撷取可用之精华,力求对曾国藩的人才战略观进行特定角度的论述。以达到在理论上做出一定程度上的整理和补充及在当今启示方面进行一些积极探讨的写作目的。
