论宋代书院教育的人文精神及启示
 
 摘要
 
书院是我国封建社会后期兴起的一种特殊形式的教育机构。它萌芽于唐末五代，在宋代得以名扬天下，书院教育已成为宋代重要的教育组织模式。在宋代历史文化背景的综合作用下，宋代书院教育贯彻了儒家以人为本的教育理念，使得儒家的人本教育理念在教育中得以赓续发展，书院教育家们将儒家的人本教育理念实践于教育教学的各个环节中，从而使宋代书院教育在办学理念、教学管理、人才培养标准和社会功能等方面都深深地打上了人文精神的烙印，形成了别于官学的办学特色，对赵宋王朝及其以后的封建教育产生了深远的影响。书院虽已成为历史名词，但书院教育提倡的人文理念及人本教育模式是值得我们提倡和发扬的，深入研究书院教育的人文精神，挖掘其人文内涵，对当今提倡的“以人为本”的教育应有诸多的借鉴和启示作用。

  Humanities Spirit and Enlightenment in the Education of the Song Dynasty Academy
 
Abstract：The academy education has become the Song Dynasty important education organization pattern. Under the Song Dynasty history cultural context combined action, the Song Dynasty academy education has implemented Confucianist''s humanist education idea, caused Confucianist''s humanitise. This education idea was able to continue the development in the education, the academy educationalist Confucianist''s humanities was an education idea that practice in education teaching each link, thus caused the Song Dynasty academy to educate in aspects and so on school idea, teaching management, personnel training standard and social function all deeply has gotten the humanities spirit brand mark.Although the academy has become a historical noun, but the academy education which advocated the humanities idea and the humanities education in the pattern is worth us advocating and developing. we study the humanities spirit which the academy education and excavate its humanities connotation all that will advocate now.
