摘 要
随着我国汽车工业的发展和鼓励轿车进入家庭等一系列相关政策的实施,特别是伴随着大城市经济社会的发展和城市现代化水平的提高使得城市交通拥挤的矛盾日益突出。停车位严重不足,造成机动车非法停放,占道停放现象日益严重,造成静态交通混乱现象。而道路系统的发展将会受到静态交通设施的制约。在寸土寸金的城市里,能否解决城市交通堵塞和停车难的问题,已成为影响制约城市建设和经济发展的一个重要因素,因此具有占地面积小,库容量大,存取车自动迅速的智能化立体车库就应运而生了。本文通过对我国城市停车问题现状的调查、研究、分析,参考国外解决停车难问题的措施,对各种立体车库的类型进行了分析,结合我国城市中心商贸区的实际情况,提出了适合我国城市中心商贸区的立体车库类型方案:垂直升降式立体停车库。
垂直升降式立体车库一般以二辆车为一个层面,整个存车库克多大20~25层,即可停放40~50辆车,占地面积不到50平方米,平均每辆车占地只有1平方米。所以在所有停车库类型中其平面和空间利用率最高。且具有高性能、省电、噪声小;高速运转、出入车快,前进入库,前进出库,安全,装置齐全可靠;操作简单、维护方便等特点。
