 摘要：入世之来，面对境外媒体纷纷试水中国大陆市场和国内传媒业界日益激烈的传媒生态环境，如何解决现有的问题，参照发达国家先进媒体在发展过程中积累的可以借鉴的经验教训，进行适合本国国情和企业自身特点的组织管理结构改革已经成为中国媒体必须面对和解决的重要问题。CCTV作为中国唯一的国家级电视的而倍受瞩目，而其过往改革路径的选择及其效果反思、如何对现有的组织管理结构进行一定程度的改革以适应复杂多变的市场环境和应对国内外竞争对手的挑战是其改革步骤中最应引起重视的部分。而在资本主义社会强烈的市场规律作用下，以BBC为代表的公营广播电视台如何在私有化和商业化的浪潮中既要面对政府的管制保证媒体新闻自由的实现，并通过进行行之有效的组织管理结构改革来维持其社会地位，对于CCTV而言无疑具有重大参照意义。

The comparative analysis of organizational management structure’ reforms of CCTV/BBC
 ABSTRACT: When China joined the WTO ,the competition of the domestic media market become increasingly fierce, how to solve the current problems, referring to the experience and lessons of developed countries’ media gained from their development process which will benefit our media organizations, and how to take the organization and management reforms of enterprises has become a important issues that the media must face and resolve it. CCTV, as the only national television, attracting lots of attention, its reform path choice and its effect is an important element, how to take organizational management structure reform in order to meet the complex and volatile market environment is a significant part of reform steps. However, under strong effects
of market discipline, BBC, a model of public broadcasting system, takes a series of measures to ensure the news freedom while under government control in the commercial waves, and by making effective reforms of the organizational management structure to maintain their social status, in terms of great reference value for CCTV.
