摘要: 在我国市场经济不断完善的条件下,中小企业已经成为各国各部分经济重要的组成部分,其在满足广大人民群众不同需求的同时,也促进经济发展。人力资源作为企业经营的首要资源,对其的激励成为企业运营管理的关键职能,人才竞争愈加激烈。外资合资或国有企业纷纷以其丰厚的薪金及福利待遇吸取大量人才。这一局面,对硬件条件处于弱势的中小企业来讲无疑十分棘手。本文主要从中小企业的生存特征、其现存激励机制存在的问题及原因展开分析,并提出有关其激励框架的构建。

EXCITATION MECHANISM PROBLEMS AND FRAMEWORK BUILDING AMONG SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
ABSTRACT: In condition of market economy keep being perfect in our country, small and medium enterprises has become an important part of economy in many countries. At the same time with satisfying different requirements of most people, also to advance the development of economy. Human capital has become the first resource in enterprise operation, incentive has been the crucial functions, competitions among talented persons become much more intense. Foreign investment, joint venture and state-owned enterprises absorb a big number of talented persons with rich and generous salary and material benefits. It is surely thorny to small and medium enterprises about these. This dissertation analyses the characteristics of small and medium enterprises, the excitation mechanism problems and reasons, and the things about building framework.
