摘要:信息技术的飞速发展和网络的迅速普及,使电子商务在物流实践中的重要地位日益凸显,现代物流如何适应电子商务发展,电子商务如何提高现代物流的效率,这两者如何的高效结合,是目前学术界越来越多的人所关注的。同时,从整个供应链的角度来看,完整的物流系统应包括正向物流和逆向物流,逆向物流作为物流领域中的一个新的分支,其重要性越来越被人们所认识。电子商务的出现和发展,不仅对传统商务活动产生了深刻的影响,对逆向物流活动的影响也极为深刻。
本文是探讨如何有效实施在电子商务条件下的企业逆向物流开展问题,文章通过开展的必要性、发展现状、运作模式、存在问题、原因分析、案例分析、提出建议的思路流程,来研究我国企业在逆向物流发展中存在的问题等,最终提出一个在电子商务环境下实施逆向物流管理的方案,希望可以在这个课题方面给与一些启示。

当今社会,由于计算机网络与通信技术的迅猛发展,全世界使用互联网的人群比例不断增大,电子商务这个新的商业模式应运而生。它的出现与发展,使得越来越多的人习惯在网上购物,网上交易也逐渐被人们所接受与普及。但由于交易时,顾客和零售商缺乏直接的接触,顾客在购买时也无法看到货品本身,从而导致顾客退货的可能性增大,这就直接增加了逆向物流产生的比例。同时,出于环保、可持续发展等因素的考虑,企业从客户手中回收废弃商品也成为一个越来越普遍的现象。由此可见,在电子商务下的逆向物流有着很强的研究价值。本文的写作目的就是,在电子商务环境下对逆向物流进行介绍研究,一方面找出与说明两者的关系,另一方面做一些国内外企业发展管理上的比较,为中国企业在这方面的管理提出一些自己的建议。
