【摘要】 目的 探讨进展性脑梗死的医源性因素。方法 回顾分析我院64例有医源性因素的进展性脑梗死患者。结果 进展因素与降血压治疗不当，血糖控制不良，使用能量合剂及胞二磷胆碱等影响能量代谢药物等医源性因素有关。结论 急性脑梗死治疗过程中应尽量避免引起脑梗死进展的医源性因素，降低其发生率。

Analysis of iatrogenic factcrs of progressive cerebral infaction in 64 cases
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the iatrogenic factors for progressve stroke.Methods 64 cases of progressive stroke with the iatrogenic factors were analyzed retrospectively. Results The advanced elements consist of insuitable reducing blood pressure, uncontrolled blood sugar level, prescribing energy-mixture or/and citicoline which affect energy metabolism.Conclusion We should avoid these iatrogenic factors for progressive stroke in treating cerebral infarction, reduce incidence of these.

我科自2002年11月～2005年11月共收治进展性脑梗死112例，其中医源性因素所致的进展性脑梗死64例占57.1%，本文对这64例医源性因素所致的进展性脑梗死进行临床分析，现报告如下。
