摘要 急性运动性轴索型格林-巴利综合征电生理特征为运动神经传导速度正常或轻度减慢,伴有诱发电位波幅明显减低;F波潜伏期正常;感觉神经传导速度和诱发波幅正常;多有纤颤电位和正尖波。与经典型格林-巴利综合征的脱髓鞘的运动及感觉神经传导速度减慢的电生理改变不同。利用神经传导速度来分类格林-巴利综合征亚型最容易和最确切,利用电生理诊断标准可确定急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病、急性运动性轴索神经病、急性运动性感觉神经病等格林-巴利综合征亚型,动态观察神经电生理变化,对治疗及预后判断有指导意义。

急性运动性轴索神经病(AMAN)电生理特征为运动神经传导速度正常或轻度减慢,伴有诱发电位波幅的明显减低;F波潜伏期正常;感觉神经传导速度和诱发波幅正常;多有纤颤电位和正尖波;恢复期运动电位时限多增宽。表明AMAN是一种不损害感觉纤维的严重运动神经病,与远端运动神经末梢功能障碍有关。电生理学对AMAN的诊断、格林-巴利综合征(GBS) 的分型及对AMAN预后判断方面均有一定实用价值,本文仅就近年来AMAN电生理学方面研究进展综述如下。
