【摘要】 目的 研究通心络对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用及作用机制。方法 链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠给予通心络治疗6周后,检测通心络对糖尿病大鼠肾脏氧自由基代谢状态及抗氧化能力的改变。结果 通心络治疗组血糖水平明显高于正常对照组,而与糖尿病大鼠相比,两组血糖水平相当,P>0.05;与正常对照组大鼠比较,糖尿病大鼠肾皮质丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,通心络治疗组MDA水平高于正常对照组,低于糖尿病组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);与NC组相比,DM组谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平均有下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与DM组相比,TXL组GSH水平有升高趋势,但仍显著低于NC组水平。与NC组相比,TXL组与DM组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均降低,差异有显著性。其中TXL组SOD水平高于DM组,但两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各组大鼠肾脏T-AOC及CAT活性差异均无显著性。结论 通心络可部分改善高糖引起的肾脏氧化应激,提高肾脏的抗氧化能力,对糖尿病引起的大鼠肾脏损害具有一定的保护作用。

Effect of Tong xinluo on oxidative stress in the kidney of diabetic rats
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Tong Xinluo on the oxidative stress and antioxidative system in kidney of diabetic rats.Methods After the STZ-induced diabetic rats were treated with Tong Xinluo for six weeks, the SOD, CAT, T-AOC, MDA and GSH in kidney cortex were measured.Results The level of blood glucose in group TXL was higher than that of group CN. And had no significant difference with group DM(P>0.05). The content of MDA in group DM was higher than group CN(P<0.05) and lower than group TXL, but showed no significant difference within group DM and group TXL(P>0.05). The content of GSH increased significantly higher in group TXL than group DM(P<0.05) but lower than group CN(P>0.05). The activity of SOD increased significantly in group TXL than in group DM(P<0.05). Our test showed no significant difference in T-AOC and CAT within all groups.Conclusion Tong Xinluo could improve the antioxidative ability, decrease oxidative stress and protect the kidney in diabetic rats.
