论红军长征过云南时的民族政策及影响

摘要

 云南是一个少数民族众多的省份，民族成份及其复杂。中国共产党在建党初期就十分重视民族工作，在长征期间更是把民族工作放在重要的位置，长征使党的民族政策得到了具体的实践。中央军和红一方面军在1935年2月至5月第一次通过云南，在1936年3月至5月红二、六军团第二次通过云南，红军两次经过云南，在云南近三个月的时间。为顺利通过云南，红军以马列主义民族理论为基础，结合云南的实际，制定和执行了正确的民族政策，即坚持民族平等、民族团结；坚持尊重少数民族宗教信仰、风俗习惯和语言文字等政策。这一政策是云南历史上制定的第一次以人民为主的民族政策。它不仅对当时红军长征能顺利通过云南继续北上起到了巨大的作用，也对云南各族人民产生了重大的影响。对红军的影响表现在对他们的支持上，具体体现为：踊跃为红军排路障、送情报、当向导，协同红军作战，救护红军伤病员，各族青年踊跃参加红军，物质上支援红军；对云南人民的影响表现为：建立革命政权、播下革命火种，消除了民族隔阂、加强了民族团结，建立新型的军民关系。这一政策不仅在当时产生了重大影响，在今天，它也有着重大的意义，有利于提高广大干部和群众的民族政策理论水平，对正确制定和执行民族政策，妥善处理云南复杂而多样的民族关系，具有极大的现实意义，也为构建和谐社会和谐云南起到借鉴和参考的作用。

For smoothly through Yunnan, Red Army take the Marxism-Leninism nationality theory as the foundation, links to Yunnan''s reality, formulated and has carried out the correct national policy, namely insistence nationality equality, national unity; Insistence respect national minority policies and so on religious belief, manners and customs and language and writing.This policy is in the Yunnan history formulates first time by the people''s primarily nationality policy.Not only it could continue to at that time the Red Army Long March through Yunnan to go north smoothly the huge function, also has had the significant influence to the Yunnan various races people.Not only this policy had at that time been having the significant influence, in today, it is advantageous in enhances the general cadre and populace''s people The race policy theoretical level, to the correct formulation and the execution nationality policy, processes Yunnan properly complex and the diverse ethnic relations, has the enormous practical significance, also plays the model for construction harmonious society harmonious Yunnan and the reference role.
