摘 要:如今,我们已经步入知识经济社会,全面推进素质教育、培养适合21世纪现代化建设需要的高素质人才已成为时代发展的必然要求。为适应时代发展要求,素质教育将培养学生的创新精神和实践能力作为重点。
众所周知,由于国内多数学生在步入社会之后缺乏对知识的实际应用能力和创新能力,故而产生了我国学生“高分低能”的说法。造成这一结果的原因,既与高考制度有一定的关系,也和高中教育的急功近利有关——为了使更多的学生能够考上大学,许多高中教育工作者将教学精力主要放在了知识的灌输和大量的习题训练上,忽视了对学生知识的运用和创新能力的培养。
探究式教学以采用模拟科学家科学研究的探究过程和方法,突出学生学习的自主性和主动性,注重学生实践能力和科学思维方法的培养等特点而引起了广大教育工作者的关注。研究表明:在教学中采用探究教学的方式可以激发学生探索自然和探究事物的兴趣、掌握基本的探索和认识事物的方法与技能、提高学生对世界的认识能力、培养学习科学的志趣和实事求是的科学态度。
信息技术以其特有的优势在教育领域中得到了广泛应用,在信息技术环境下如何使用各种教学模式有效地进行教学,已成为信息化社会课堂教学的主要课题。
本文对在高中物理教学中实施探究式教学的理论和实践进行了系统的研究。论文分为五个部分,第一部分(第一章)对探究式教学和高中物理教学进行了概述,分析了探究式教学的涵义、特征以及高中物理(力学部分)教学的特点、常见问题和实施探究式教学的可行性;第二部分(第二章)讨论了探究式教学的理论基础,从学习理论和教学理论两个方面进行了研究;第三部分(第三章)论述了信息技术环境对高中物理(力学部分)探究式教学的影响,为提出自己设计的探究式教学打下基础;第四部分(第四章)是本文的重心,探讨了在信息技术环境下高中物理(力学部分)的探究式教学的教学策略。首先,分析了高中物理教学对象的特点;然后,论述了新课改背景下高中物理(力学部分)的课程特点;最后,研究了信息技术环境下高中物理(力学部分)探究式教学的教学策略的实施;第五部分(第五章)通过实际的案例,分析展示了信息技术环境下高中物理(力学部分)探究式教学的教学策略的实施。
本文对信息技术环境下高中物理(力学部分)探究式教学的教学策略进行了较为深入的研究,这对于改进高中物理教学方式、提高教学效率等方面具有一定的参考作用和实际意义。

Abstract :Nowadays, we are going into the knowledge-based economy society, impelling the education and cultivating the high quality talent that adapt for 21 centuries modern construction has come to be an inevitable request for develop of this time.
And literacy education is taking fostering the student''s frontier spirit and the fulfillment abilities as the point. As we know, in our country, many students lack the actual and applied ability of knowledge;also not have the creative ability to the knowledge after they entering the society, so the parlance "high mark imbecility" have come into being. Result in reason of this result;since with high test the system contain certain relation, return is relevant with near benefit of education in senior high school--- In order to make more students pass the college entrance examination, many educators of senior high school put the teaching energy at the knowledge infusion and practicing. They neglect the cultivation of students'usage ability to the knowledge and creative ability.
Inquiry teaching adopting imitates the scientist investigation process of science research and method, outstanding student the independence and active of the study, pay attention to the student development of the fulfillment ability and science thinking. Because of this reason, inquiry teaching has taken into account by many educators. The study manifested that adopt the way of inquiry teaching can stir up the interest that the student investigates the nature and investigation thing in the teaching, make they mastering the basic quest and know the method and technical abilities of the thing, promote the student''s understanding ability to the world, study the aspiration and practical and realistic science attitudes of science.
The information technique get the extensive application quickly in educate realm just with its special advantage. Under the IT environment how to use various teaching model to carry on availably teaching have become the main topic of the information-based social classroom teaching.
This article probing using inquiry teaching in the physics teaching of the senior high school and the author do a systematic research on this theory. The thesis is divided into five parts; the first part (chapter 1) carries on the narration of the inquiry teaching and the physics teaching of the senior high school, analyzing the characteristics, familiar problem of the connotation of the inquiry teaching. It also discusses the physics (the mechanics part) teaching of the characteristic and senior high school and carrying out the possibility of the investigation type teaching. The second part (chapter 2) discussed the theories foundation of inquiry teaching. The study theories is carried the research from the cognition psychology and meaningful study theories, the constructive study theories; the teaching theories is carried from the structure course theory, the teaching of the development course theories, and so on. The third part (chapter 3) discussed the influence of the information technique environment to the physics (the mechanics part) inquiry teaching to senior high school. And lay the foundation for its'inquiry teaching. The four-part (chapter 4) is the important part of this article. It inquiries the teaching strategy of the physics (the mechanics part) of the senior high school under IT environment. First, it analyzed the characteristics of the physics teaching object of the senior high school; Then it discussed the characteristics of the physics (mechanics part) of the senior high school under the new coursing innovation environment; At last, it studied the implement of the teaching strategy of the physics (mechanics part) investigation type teaching of the senior high school under IT environment. The fifth part (chapter 5) pass an analysis of actual case displayed the implement of the teaching strategy of the physics (the mechanics part) investigation of senior high school type teaching under IT environment.
This article concerning on the teaching strategy of the physics (the mechanics part) the inquiry teaching under IT environment. It has certain value on changing the teaching way, enhancing the teaching efficiency of the physics teaching of the senior high school.

21世纪的人类社会已进入到知识经济时代,科技飞速发展、社会变化日新月异。
“以经济和科技实力为基础的综合国力的竞争日趋激烈,而且将长期存在。”①;“国与国之间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,是创新能力的竞争。一个民族如果不能创新,只是步人后尘,势必受制于人。”②
全面推进素质教育,培养适合21世纪现代化建设需要的高素质人才,是时代发展的必然要求,而素质教育则以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点。21世纪是知识经济时代,国家的综合国力和国际竞争力必将取决于教育的发展和物质、知识的创新水平。如何在教育的过程中成功地实施素质教育,增强学生的创新精神和实践能力,使学生的人格得到全面地、健康地发展,培养出更加具有竞争力和创造性的新一代学生,使我们的国家在激烈的国际竞争中具有更强的科技实力,是时代对我们教育工作者提出的新要求。
