说明：摘 要：本文从知识管理的角度审视普通中小学校校园网资源建设问题，拟通过具体的调查分析以最终形成“基于知识管理的校园网资源建设模型”。
具体研究设计为：通过对校本知识的全景式扫描，并结合当前校园网建设的实际情况提出校园网资源中应有并具有可行性的项目制成一个“菜单”式问卷，调查师生“信息偏好”。对问卷的分析与讨论从四个方面来进行：1、通过对师生上网基本情况的调查分析，了解师生使用网络基本情况，从而针对师生的使用习惯和爱好，设计校园网资源的输出形式（版面）模型；2、通过对教师的“偏好信息”进行因子分析，研究校园网信息应具有的内在知识模块结构，设计出校园资源组织的结构模型；3、通过对教师“偏好信息”的来源及渠道归纳，设计出校园网资源的输入来源模型；4、通过对问卷全部内容的分析，了解师生对校园网资源建设与维护管理方面的态度，提出资源建设的组织与管理策略。
在对一所典型中学进行具体调查分析的基础上，文章最后形成了“基于知识管理管理的校园网资源建设模型”。“输入模型”：即应从互联网、学校组织、教师、学生四个信息源来挖掘信息形成知识资源；“内部知识结构模型”：即校园网资源应以“服务于教师的教学教研”为中心，按照“教师自身具有的教研方法技巧类知识”、“其他教师的教学方法技巧类知识”、“学生知识”、“学校教学常规知识”、“学校生活知识”及“互联网上的工具素材类知识”等六个知识模块的结构来组织建设；“输出模型”：即校园网站的版面和功能应设计有浏览区、互动交流区、个人展示区和上传下载区等四个专栏。另外结合分析结果，作者还就校园网资源建设的组织与管理提出了“营造氛围”、“学生参与”、“稳步推进”等策略与建议。

RESEARCH ON BUILDING THE CAMPUS NETWORK RESOURCE BASED ON KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT--TAKING A SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN SHANXI PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
ABSTRACT ：This thesis surveys, from view angle of knowledge management, the building of the campus network resource in primary and secondary school and the author intends to finally achieve “the model of building the campus network resource based on the knowledge management” by means of investigation and analyzation.
Main steps of the research: scanning the school-based knowledge entirely, and considering the actuality of building the campus network, the author made a menu-like questionnaire, investigating the “information preference” of the teachers and students. Analysis and discussion are carried out from four aspects: 1. survey what information the teachers and students get from the network and design some outputting layout models of the campus network resource according to their habits and preferences; 2. study the internal knowledge modules which lies exist in the network information and design the campus resource organizations through analyzing the factor of the teachers’ information preference; 3. by summarizing the sources of teachers’ information preference, lay out a campus network resource inputting model; 4. on the overall analysis of the questionnaire, find out the teachers and students’ attitude towards the construction and maintenance of the network resources and put forward organizational and managerial strategies to build the resources.
On studying a typical high school, the “inputting model” has come into being in this thesis that constructs the campus network resources based on the knowledge management, which get the resources from the Internet, school organization, teachers and students into knowledge that is needed. The inner structure of the knowledge consists of six modules that’s to be constructed, such as the campus network resource that is teaching and research-centred, the knowledge of the teachers’ research methods and skills that are usually used, the knowledge of the colleagues’ teaching methods and skills, the knowledge needed by the students, the common knowledge of the school regular teaching, the knowledge of the school daily life and the knowledge of tools and fodder on the Internet. The outputting model contains four parts—browsing, communication, users’ displaying and their uploading and downloading. In this way, the author intends to make suggestions that can help intensify the atmosphere, enhance the students’ participation and speed up the campus network development in the construction and management of the resources.

一 导论
1.1 问题提出的背景、目的及意义
近年来，我国中小学校园网（以下简称校园网）建设的发展势头较快。特别是教育部2001年启动的“校校通”工程，提出要用5—10年时间，使全国90%左右的独立建制的中小学能够上网，使中小学师生都能共享网上教育资源，提高所有中小学的教育教学质量，使全体教师能普遍接受旨在提高实施素质教育水平和能力的继续教育 ，从而更加促进了中小学校园网的建设。
校园网是学校信息化教学环境的基础设施，是全面实施素质教育的重要手段，是教育技术装备现代化的主要体现，同时也是教育现代化的重要标志之一。校园网要发挥效益，电脑和网络是物质基础，人是网络运行和使用的灵魂，信息是校园网效益的关键。 但由于校园网在中小学的发展的时间还不长，学校对校园网缺乏全面的认识和理解，片面注重硬件的建设与投入，而忽略了最为关键的校园网资源建设问题，致使很多的中小学其校园网成为一个“空壳”，无法发挥效益。
表现之一：资源匮乏。很多学校费大笔资金购买相关的硬件设施，等到硬件配备基本到位之后，却发现面临着“有路无车”、“有车无货”的尴尬局面，导致购买的设施不能落实到应用层面。事实上，网络教育资源的匮乏甚至一度成为整个教育信息化工作的“瓶颈”所在。

知识管理毕竟是一个全新的课题，对教育界更是个挑战。基于知识管理的校园网资源建设既是一项长期、艰苦、细致的任务，也是一项复杂的系统工程，它所需要注意的问题和所需要解决的困难远不止本文所述的内容，其研究不可能完成于本文定稿之时，也不可能完成于少数研究者之手，而是需要广大教师在整个校园信息化的过程中不断发现、不断解决，从而使我国的校园网及其信息资源建设真正服务于学校的教育教学，促进我国中小学教育的飞速发展。
