摘要:教师专业发展已经成为国际教师职业发展的重要趋势。我国新一轮基础教育课程改革更对教师专业发展提出了新的挑战。这要求我们的教师必须适应课程改革的要求,全面提升素质,实现专业发展。
本文在对当前中学政治教师的专业发展现状调查的基础上,针对中学政治教师专业发展中存在的问题,结合新课程的要求,明确了新形势下中学政治教师专业发展的内涵,提出了教师自我专业发展的原则和实现途径。
全文共五部分:
第一部分:教师专业发展问题的提出。概述世界教师专业发展的趋势和我国新课程改革对教师发展提出的总体要求。
第二部分:中学政治教师专业发展中存在的问题。通过调查分析政治教师发展中存在的问题。
第三部分:明确中学政治教师专业发展的内涵。从专业理念、专业知识和专业技能等方面阐述政治教师专业发展的内涵。
第四部分:确立中学政治教师专业发展的原则。指出政治教师专业发展的主动性原则、校本发展原则、阶段性原则和时代性原则。
第五部分:拓展中学政治教师专业发展的途径。提出政治教师应该通过规划职业生涯、参加培训学习、进行教学反思、开展教育研究、参与课程开发以及同行合作交流等途径实现自身的专业发展。

Abstract :Teachers’professional development has become a major tendency of international teaching occupational development.The newly performed curriculum reform for elementary education has brought about a new challenge to the teachers’professional development, which requires teachers to enhance their qualities comprehensively according to the requirements of the curriculum reform, eventually achieving the great development of their profession.
Based on the survey of the present situation of the professional development of politics teachers teaching in middle schools ,and aimed at the solution to the problems existing in the professional development of politics teachers, this dissertation, in accordance with the requirements of the new curriculum, states the connotation of the professional development of politics teachers in middle school under the current situation and proposes some basic rules as well as effective approaches for the teachers’professional development.
The dissertation is composed of five parts :
1.To raise the concept of Teachers’ Professional Development . It states the general tendency for international teachers’ professional development and the overall requirements for teachers'' professional development in our country ,which are based upon the new curriculum reform .
2.To deal with the problems with the development of the politics teachers’ professional skills. The major problems are revealed and analyzed according to the all-round survey in this part .
3.To define the connotation of the professional development of politics teachers in middle school .In this part the connotation are elaborated from various angles involving professional principle, professional knowledge and professional technical ability.
4.To establish the basic principles for the professional development of politics teachers .Four principles , keeping the initiative of developing professional skills, maintaining school-base professional development ,achieving professional development by stages and satisfying the demands of the age in professional development ,are stressed in this section.
5.To propose the possible approaches to teachers’ professional development as follows:
1). Making a overall plan for their own profession.
2). Attending as many professional training courses as possible
3). Introspecting their teaching experiences and obtaining lessons to improve it
4). Carrying out educational researches.
5). Participating in the course development
6). Conducting overall co-operations with their partners .

信息技术的高速发展,经济全球化进程日益加快,社会对教师工作质量和效益的要求空前提高,教育面临着前所未有的挑战。当前,我国已经进入全面建设小康社会的新的历史时期。科教兴国和人才强国战略的实施,对教育改革发展提出了新的任务。我国1000万中小学教师支撑着世界上最宏大的基础教育。教师素质的高低,直接关系着亿万青少年学生的健康成长,关系着全民族素质的提高和祖国的前途命运。新一轮基础教育课程改革是我国教育史上的一次深刻变革,这对从事教育活动的主体——教师也提出了一个新的课题。即:教师如何适应时代的要求,适应新课程的要求,提高专业化水平,实现专业发展。
新课程将思想政治课程的功能定位为引导学生紧密结合与自己息息相关的经济、政治、文化生活,经历探究学习和社会实践的过程,领悟辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本观点和方法,切实提高参与现代社会生活的能力,逐步树立建设中国特色社会主义的共同理想,初步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,为终身发展奠定思想政治素质基础。《政治课程标准》在课程的基本理念、课程目标、内容的选择、教学方法、课程评价等一系列问题上提出了许多崭新的观点和实施建议。这使得作为教学活动重要角色的政治教师将面临观念的巨大转变、专业知识结构的更新、专业教学技能的拓展和教学反思能力、教育科研能力的提升等挑战。因此,了解政治教师现状,正视其现实差距,拓宽政治教师专业发展的途径,是提高政治教师素质,确保课程改革顺利进行的重要课题。
